1. Who We Are

ADoky ("we", "us", "our") is a web-based tool for generating bulk import files for TikTok Ads Manager, accessible at adoky.io. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at adokycontact@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our service:

• Account data: Email address, display name (when registering or signing in via Google).
• Usage data: Number of Excel generations, selected objectives, modes used, timestamps — for analytics and service improvement.
• Support data: Ticket messages, screenshots, and any information you voluntarily provide when contacting support.
• Technical data: Browser type, IP address (collected automatically by our hosting provider), cookies and local storage identifiers.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not have access to your TikTok Ads Manager account.
• We do not store your ad creatives, videos, or images on our servers.
• We do not process payments at this stage.
• Your campaign setups, templates, and presets are stored in your browser's local storage — we cannot access them.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to the service.
• To track usage for analytics (generation count, feature usage) to improve the product.
• To respond to support tickets.
• To send service-related notifications (via in-app notifications, not email marketing).

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account and usage data are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the Europe (eur3) region. Firebase is a Google Cloud service that complies with GDPR and provides enterprise-grade security, including encryption in transit and at rest.

Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication. We never store your password — it is managed entirely by Firebase/Google.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use the following technologies:

• Firebase Authentication cookies: Essential for keeping you logged in. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.
• Local storage: Stores your campaign setups, templates, ad presets, and interface preferences (theme, language). This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.
• Analytics cookies: Firebase Analytics (Google) may set cookies to help us understand how the service is used. You can opt out by declining cookies in the consent banner.

You can clear all local data at any time by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

7. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, analytics.
• OpenAI API — ad text translation feature (text you translate is sent to OpenAI for processing; we do not store translations).
• Google Fonts — font delivery.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Rectify inaccurate data (via your profile settings).
• Delete your account and all associated data (via "My Profile" → "Delete Account").
• Export your data — contact us at adokycontact@gmail.com.
• Object to data processing — contact us and we will address your request within 30 days.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

10. Children's Privacy

ADoky is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
